Sara Pukal, M. OMSc.
Registered and licensed practitioner with the OOA (Ontario Osteopathic Association).
After 4 intense and rewarding years I’ve earned my Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Prior to discovering Osteopathy I completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto (St. George Campus, Toronto) where I majored in Global Health, Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, and minored in Buddhist Psychology.
My fascination surrounding how the body moves and functions began at a young age. As a child I was very active and participated in various sports such as swimming, skating, dancing, competitive cheerleading and field hockey. It wasn’t until I suffered through a few injuries that I began to appreciate the human body and all of its natural healing properties. Osteopathy is a continuous learning journey and I am passionate about furthering my depth of anatomy learning with each treatment I provide. Every day is a new opportunity to further develop my understanding of the art and practice of Manual Therapy. I’m currently seeing clients in South Scarborough, Unit 6, 3545 Kingston Road, Scarborough, ON, M1M 1R6.
